Tayside Organists’ Society is hosting the 2025 SFO Annual Conference in Newport on Tay on the evening of Friday 9th May and during the day on Saturday 10th May. I have attached an application form which is an interactive PDF form that allows you to fill in the required details and can then be attached to an email and returned to me. I would be very grateful if you would circulate the form and the information in this email to your members. The form will also be available on the SFO and TOS websites. All relevant contact details are on the form.
We expect that some delegates will wish to stay overnight Friday/Saturday and will find accommodation in Dundee. As public transport to Newport on Tay is limited, we have an arrangement with a local taxi firm who will provide transport from a central location in Dundee to Newport for £15 – £18 per trip. If delegates wish to make use of this, they should tick yes, and we will liaise with the taxi firm to provide shared taxis. If delegates require overnight accommodation, they should arrange this themselves. There is little accommodation available in Newport so Dundee would be the best option.
