EVENT: ‘A War to End Wars?’

To mark the Centenary of the ending of World War I, Motherwell Diocesan Choir will present a service entitled A War To End Wars in The Cathedral, Motherwell on Friday 16 November at 7:30. This will be a reflection in music and the spoken word and the programme will include the Requiem by Gabriel Fauré, together with a selection of 1st World War music and poetry. Admission is free and all are invited to participate in this event in thanksgiving for those who gave their lives for our freedom.
