The Lanarkshire Society of Organists is delighted to invite you to a special afternoon recital on Saturday 3rd October at 3pm, hosted in the beautiful surroundings of The New Wellwynd Church, Airdrie.
We are thrilled to welcome two talented young musicians from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland:
- Esther Ersfeld
- Andy Wang
Both are rising organists with inspiring musical journeys, and this recital offers a wonderful opportunity to hear their stories, their artistry, and their passion for the instrument.
They will be performing on the church’s fine 3‑manual Binns Pipe Organ, an instrument rich in character and history, perfectly suited to showcase a wide range of repertoire and expressive playing.
Entry is by donation, making this an accessible event for all who wish to enjoy an afternoon of excellent music. Refreshments will be served afterwards, offering time to chat, meet the performers, and enjoy fellowship together.
We warmly encourage you to come along, support these gifted young organists, and experience the joy of live organ music in one of Airdrie’s most notable worship spaces.
